This is the call-out job rather than the annual maintenance visit. Something is already overflowing, a run has packed solid with moss and silt, or water is sheeting down a wall every time it rains. We locate the blockage with a pole camera, vacuum the run out, flush it with water and show you it draining before we pack up.

How quickly can you attend a blocked gutter?
Clearing work is booked ahead of routine maintenance because it is usually causing damage. In the Ribble Valley we can often get to it within a few days.
Do you clear the downpipes as well?
Yes. Clearing the channel and leaving a packed downpipe just moves the overflow to a different spot, so outlets and hoppers are part of the same job.
What if the blockage is a bird or wasp nest?
We will tell you what we have found and, where there is active nesting, when it is lawful and sensible to clear it.
How do I know it is actually clear?
We flush the run with water and film it draining, then send you the clip and the photos.
