Food waste bins usually need fortnightly attention in summer and four-weekly in winter. Dry waste and recycling can normally run monthly or quarterly. We set the rota against what is actually in the bin.
Do you need the bins to be empty?
Yes, so we schedule the visit shortly after your collection day. Tell us your collection pattern and we will build the rota around it.
Do you provide a record of each visit?
Yes. Every clean is logged with the date and the bins covered, which is what environmental health and managing agents ask for.
Where does the waste water go?
