Fascias and soffits collect a black weathering film that no amount of gutter work will hide. Once a gutter has been cleared, the grubby board above it is the thing people actually notice from the pavement. We soft wash the boards, hand detail the joints and rinse down, which is normally booked alongside a gutter visit while we already have the poles out.

Can you clean fascias at the same time as the gutters?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to do it because the access work is already paid for on the gutter visit.
Will the boards come back to white?
Weathering film comes off completely. Where the plastic has oxidised and gone chalky, cleaning improves it but will not restore the original finish, and we will say which one you have before we start.
Do you use bleach on the boards?
No. We use a uPVC-safe solution so nothing runs onto planting or stonework below.
Does the work need scaffolding?
Not for a normal two storey house. Extension poles reach the roofline from the ground.
