Clear the surfaces that matter
Anything that has to be moved before cleaning slows the visit. Clear worktops, floors and window sills where you can — you do not need to clean them, just clear them.
Tell us the awkward bits
Delicate surfaces, previous damage, fragile fittings, pets, alarm codes and parking restrictions are all worth mentioning up front. We plan around them rather than discovering them.

What you do not need to do
Do not pre-clean. It does not reduce the price and it occasionally makes our job harder by leaving residues behind. Leave the dirt where it is — that is what we are for.
